Everyone is welcome! At these bimonthly general meetups, you'll get to learn more about EA, think more critically about ways of doing good, and socialize with other members of our vibrant community. Free veg*n food is provided.
This month's meetup is themed around raising your ambitions i.e. thinking big, taking action, executing on projects, weighing risks, and other topics related to having a greater positive impact in the midst of uncertainty and self-doubt. During this event, we'll explore key questions such as:
-What are some useful resources, tools, or frameworks for assessing risk and uncertainty when making decisions?
-Is it better to be too ambitious or not ambitious enough?
-Have you struggled with imposter syndrome in your career? In what way?
-What kinds of projects could you start or join right now to help realize your altruistic aspirations?

After an hour of discussion, you'll have the option to pair up with an accountability partner, discuss one or more of your altruistic ambitions, and periodically update one another on your progress after the event.
We'll be meeting at Goldie @ Franklin's Table Food Hall ( https://goo.gl/maps/P5jcwvaf5cWv1h4LA ), which is a single floor venue with a wheelchair accessible bathroom. Vegan/vegetarian options are available. If you have any questions about the space, please contact Quinn McHugh at eaphiladelphia@gmail.com.
