Effective Altruism Hong Kong (EAHK) is dedicated to building a community of people who seek to continuously investigate what "doing the most good" means – how we can measurably and cost-effectively maximise impact – and apply evidence and careful reasoning to practical actions.

Current scope of work: We run a range of events to educate and raise awareness, such as talks by external speakers, career events, fundraisers, and an 8-week programme called the Horizon Fellowship. We are also working on several research projects such as evaluating the effectiveness of charities, and a study on the charitable habits of Hong Kong people.
