Cultural evolution

Cultural evolution can referis the process through which non-genetic information is transmitted from one generation of humans to a theory about cultural change in which such change is seen as resulting from an evolutionary process with some similarities to genetic evolution. Cultural evolution can also refer to such cultural changes themselves.the next.

Cultural evolution can refer to a theory about cultural change in which such change is seen as resulting from an evolutionary process with some similarities to genetic evolution. Cultural evolution can also refer to such cultural changes themselves. 

I wrote a quick description inspired by a few that came up on the internet, but trying to avoid plagiarising. I expect a better description is possible. And maybe we should just make a habit of copying from e.g. Wikipedia but using quote marks and citations, rather than writing our own descriptions?
