The Legal Priorities Project (LPP) is an independent, global research and community-building project founded by researchers at Harvard University. We conduct and support strategic legal research that mitigates existential risk and promotes the flourishing of future generations.
History
The Legal Priorities Project was founded in 2020. The idea for the project originated in an effective altruism group at Harvard Law School two years earlier.
