Windfall Clause

The Windfall Clause is a proposed mechanism by which AI firms could commit to donate a significant amount of any eventual extremely large profits. The idea was first proposed in Superintelligenceby Nick Bostrom,[1] and subsequently developed by the Centre for the Governance of AI
