I'm graduated in Veterinary Medicine from Complutense University of Madrid (UCM) where I was actively involved in student representation, mentoring and associationism. After graduating, I worked as a meat hygiene inspector (MHI) and official veterinarian (OV) in slaughterhouses and exports at Eville & Jones in England. On my return to Spain, I did a Master in Animal Welfare at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) and worked as an Animal Welfare and Agri-Food Product Auditor at OCA Global and Eurofins. Currently, I'm the Institutional Fish Welfare Specialist in the Animal Welfare Observatory NGO (AWO).
