EA orgs should integrate with The Giving Block for cryptocurrency donations

We're another option! https://www.every.org/donate-crypto

A couple differences:

  • Every.org is a registered 510(c)(3) nonprofit, EIN 61-1913297.
  • No Every.org fees, only 1% crypto brokerage fee.
  • Donors can choose from over 1 million nonprofits to support.
  • Nonprofits can instantly self-serve and add a button to their website, see https://www.every.org/crypto.
  • Nonprofits simple accept USD grant from Every.org, we handle tax-deducible receipting and IRS filing, as the donation is made to Every.org. This means no regulatory risks for them, but also no option to HODL crypto if that's what they want.
