Melania is the Managing Partner for Limitless, powering the world's most impactful investment communities. 

She has spent 15+ years in finance and venture capital operational roles across the US, Europe, and Asia. Previously, Melania was part of the Global Investment Team at 500 Global, a venture capital firm with more than $2.7 billion in assets under management that invests in founders building fast-growing technology companies. Prior to joining 500, she was Director of Investor Relations for Unreasonable. Melania has consulted with F500 companies on their corporate innovation, and advised venture-backed startups on their fundraising strategy and international expansion. She has invested strategic capital into rapidly growing start-ups affiliated with Oxford University, as part of the Oxford Angel Fund in San Francisco and was also Vice President for HSBC’s Venture Capital coverage team. 

Melania is the Founder and Curator of TEDxCheltenham, the author of several books, and sits on the Advisory Board for the Club of Florence, a world-leading sustainability and climate non-profit. She holds a BA and MA in Economics and Management from Oxford University.
