After a few years helping to run a local EA group and working for an EA org, my focus at the moment is how to bring EA and AR (Authentic Relating) together in the most impactful way. If your worries about tractability are largely due to psychedelics being legally restricted, there might be reasons to be more optimistic:

My sense is:
Having a separate name for the org and the hotel unnecessarily introduces more confusion/complexity.
Defaulting to Athena because it happens to be the name of the building already, seems highly improbable to coincidentally be the best option.
For clarity, something that concisely describes the mission or vision of the org and place feels best to me. Arepo's suggestion of 'Center for Altruists in Residence' hits the sweet spot on the specific enough to broad enough spectrum IMO. It also has an acronym which people will all pronounce the s
