I dropped out of Harvard to live in a school bus, pursue the Great American Novel, and Refound America.
I would like to stop struggling with poverty while pursuing my dreams. I lived for a year with no heat and no kitchen. It is not very expensive to live in the bus and write, but it does still cost a little money. Grants would be nice. Being paid a full-time minimum wage to write the Great American Novel and new Federalist Papers for a few years would be nice. The support of an interesting wealthy benefactor/patron/deus ex machina who wants to appear as a hero in the Great American Novel would be really nice, and by far the most narratively satisfying.
