Does anyone know of charities that have taken out loans secured by cash flow either from major donors who have promised posthumous donations or possibly even from donations in general?

Given that charity efforts now may be much more effective than they will be in 20 years as more people are lifted out of poverty it seems reasonable to look into.

-Makes money to give to causes 

-Is in the Bahamas 

-Supports people doing work 

-Will pay $10,000 + housing for 6 months
