We will consider the goal “Analyzing the weekend impact and sharing our tips and insight” fulfilled if someone in EA community running a weekend retreat reads this and actually utilizes some of the info
EA Bristol (UK) totally stole most of what you wrote in here so I would say that's another success for you!
