Over 100 Christians in EA are meeting at the Christians for Impact DC Conference, a 2-day event happening in Washington D.C. on November 1-2 (also happening in London on November 22-23).

Our conference brings together Christians from diverse backgrounds to encourage and support one another to have a maximum impact on pressing problems including:

🌏 Catastrophic risks (from AI, Pathogens, Climate Change, Nuclear War)

🏛️ Policy and Politics

What attendees do

💬 Discuss evidence-based ways to tackle important, non-polarized problems near God’s heart.

🙌 Share faith and encouragement, “spurring one another on toward love and good deeds” (Hebrews 10:24-25).

We assume a Christian audience, and non-Christians are welcome to sign-up; however, we think most of the value in this event is for Christian attendees who are looking to:

• make connections / pray with other Christians interested in effective altruism.
• explore implications from scripture and Christian theology.
• discover deeper faith foundations and motivations for doing good.
