Every Tuesdaywe would like to share the gift of meditation with you.
Come along for an informal meet up before sitting in quiet reflection, working through a meditation routine. There's no requirement to talk about anything EA related
This event doesn't run every week, unfortunately - it's decided in our Whatsapp group - drop us a message to get added to this.
So if you're at a loose end on a Tuesday, come to the venue and meditate.
The event is between 18:00-19:00 and is at the Multifaith Chaplaincy on Woodland Road. It’s opposite Woodlands Church and in the same building as Woodland House Nursey. The entrance is at https://what3words.com/swept.lobby.remain or https://goo.gl/maps/BgSpBMNyTtskY5zP9
Newcomers are always welcomed, and this is a great opportunity to meet and greet some other EAs in Bristol without any pressure.
Have a look at the links below for introductory material if you're not sure what EA is about, or come along and have a chat with one of our friendly regulars. Or don't, and come and talk about anything at all.
