Effective Altruism UoM is putting on their second speaker event!

We have invited Grace Jackson from GiveDirectly, a charity processing donations to people in need through direct cash transfers. Grace will talk about how the charity operates and how such a unique idea proved so successful!

So if you are considering a career in the charity sector, or if you just are interested in how non-profits work, this is the perfect event for you. There will be a Q&A session after, during which you will be able to ask Grace about everything GiveDirectly and other relevant question. We are very excited to hear her talk!
