In this talk, Naomi will focus on how you can get the most impact for the time you invest in organising your local group. She will use her experiences at EA Geneva to illustrate how you can prioritise for your local group, and how you can use your time the best.

About Naomi: Since Oct. 2019 she works on a community-building grant, for the first two years for EA Geneva, and since this fall for EA Switzerland. Before joining EA Geneva she organised workshops and supported volunteer organisations in the Netherlands, and contributed to political psychology research at the VU University Amsterdam.
