Happy new academic year!
If you'd like to meet other people who are new to EA, and are excited about doing the most good, now is your chance! Come along for a range of snacks, drinks and pizza.
We'll start by showing the TED talk on EA from Will MacAskill, Associate Professor of Philosophy at the University of Oxford and author of 'Doing Good Better,' followed by plenty of time to chat and meet new people!
Open to all: whether you're completely new to Effective Altruism or if you've been involved with us for years, we'd love to see you, and regardless of your affiliation with the University of Cambridge!
There will be plenty vegan snacks and pizza. If you have any other dietary requirements or requests, do let us know! And be sure to click 'Going' on the event so that we know how many to cater for.
