An examination of how politics works in the real world, why government policies are so often ineffective or counterproductive, and how we can work within a flawed system to effect positive change.

This talk will be given by Nathan Ashby, the Executive Director of the Institute for Effective Policy, and has worked as a Legislative and Economic Advisor to elected officials at the state and federal level. Nathan is relatively new to the EA scene, but has a lot of expertise in politics.
