Come and join the Giving What We Can & Effective Altruism London community as we celebrate 2021 and welcome in 2022! While another year of pandemic has been tough, let’s end the year on a high note and remind ourselves both of the good things that have happened and of the opportunity we have to improve the world!

We're going to have a canal walk followed by some toasts at the pub to celebrate to the good news from 2021, welcome new members, celebrate community milestones, and each share one or two positive things that have happened to us this year (impact related or otherwise)!

Plan: Walk from Haggerston Overground Station along the canal to Angel, then pub in Angel (free to join either legs of the event only)

Meeting point: Haggerston Overground Station, please arrive at 2pm (we’ll leave at about 2:10pm)
