In this workshop, Lizka will teach the participants how to estimate almost anything with a surprising precision by breaking problems down into parts and making clear assumptions.

Lizka works at CEA in the Events Team where she focuses on communication and impact assesment. She has a BA in mathematics and comparative literature from Columbia University. She interned at Rethink Priorities past summer (working on questions in longtermism) and previously worked at Canada/USA Mathcamp and as a mathematics researcher.
