Join us next Saturday to learn about and discuss some awesome recent research on moral capabilities in farmed animals. All welcome! No prior knowledge needed
We'll meet at the Botanic Gardens at 1pm, across the bridge from the carpark. I'll be wearing an Effective Altruism t-shirt so we should be easy to spot.
We'll spend the first 30m or so in a rundown of the research, then have Q&A and discussion over some (vegan) snacks. After that people are welcome to keep discussing in pairs or small groups as we wander through the Botanic Gardens - I expect some of us will stay until 3 or 4pm. You're also welcome to head out early if you have limited time.
Looking forward to seeing you there! If you have any questions, feel free to get in touch. And if you'd like a sneak peek of the research we'll be discussing, you can take a look here: https://forum.effectivealtruism.org/s/y5n47MfgrKvTLE3pw
