The federal government is currently debating language that will govern and regulate High Impact AI systems. With the rapid progress of AI in the last few years, now is a particularly important time to discuss the role of federal legislation on these systems going forward.

Abishek Gupta, founder of the Montreal AI Ethics Institute will be presenting a keynote address.
