Africa Animal Advocacy (AAA) has been studying the focus, actions, and needs of African animal advocacy organizations, individual advocates, experts, and funders in order to pilot a capacity-building intervention to overcome the obstacles that African animal advocacy organizations are facing. See for example, AAA's:

- landscape report (https://bit.ly/3cebN9i);
- Funding landscape report (https://bit.ly/3opz5yL), and;
- prioritization report (https://bit.ly/3HmdZdc)

After completing Charity Entrepreneurship’s incubation program in 2020, AAA is currently seeking talent, funding, and feedback as they set out to pilot their capacity building intervention.

This month, we are excited to be hosting Lynn Tan, the Research Lead at AAA. Lynn will give a brief presentation about the how and why of AAA's work, followed by a Q&A session to help us learn, connect to, and get involved with animal advocacy.

Welcoming-ness:
This event is open to anyone with an interest in effective altruism or animal advocacy, and will be especially valuable to funders and talent interested in effective altruism and/or the animal welfare cause area.
