Everyone is welcome! At these bimonthly general meetups, you'll get to learn more about EA, think more critically about ways of doing good, and get to know other members of our vibrant community.
This month's meetup is themed around humanity's long-term future and other related topics. During the discussion, we'll be exploring key questions such as: What could humanity look like in 50 years? 100 years? What about 10,000 years? Are we living in an unusually influential time in human history? Should we be more concerned about how our present actions affect people living in the future or affect those living today? Is technological progress generally good... or bad?
We'll be meeting at Burger Fi at 12th & Arch St (https://goo.gl/maps/bAmcsNCNEP77vrnu5), which is a single floor venue with a wheelchair accessible bathroom. Vegan/vegetarian options are available. If you have any questions about the space, please contact Quinn McHugh at eaphiladelphia@gmail.com.
