Ever wanted to practice decision-making under uncertainty? This time I'll be introducing Riichi Mahjong, the traditional 4-player tile game where the best move is usually the one that maximizes your chance of winning, or minimizes your chance of dealing into someone else's hand.

Expected value, combinatorics and hidden information, plus a lot of shouting "riichi!", "ron!" and "tsumo!". No experience needed, I'll teach everything from scratch.
