The first Tuesday of every month is now a casual meetup in a pub, we decided.
Come along for an informal meet up and social to while away an evening in good company. There's no schedule, no agenda, and there's no need to talk about anything Effective Altruism related.
So if you're at a loose end on a Tuesday, come to a pub and have some fun!
With all of these, if the weather is nice and the sun is shining, we'll head to a park instead - this'll be decided on the day on here, or in the Whatsapp group.
Which pubs?
7th February – The Shakespeare (Redland)
7th March – The Highbury Vaults
4th April – The Cat and Wheel
2nd May – The Robin Hood
6th June – The GW Grace
4th July – The Tobacco Factory
6th August – The Golden Guinea
5th September – The Royal Navy Volunteer
3rd October – The Red Lion (Easton, BS5)
7th November – The Barley Mow
5th December – The Rising Sun
Newcomers are always welcomed, and this is a great opportunity to meet and greet some other people interested in Effective Altruism in Bristol. We'll try and have a shirt or sign with the EA logo, but message this page if you can't find someone
