A survey of the Quantified Uncertainty Research Institute's agenda to advance large estimation systems.  This agenda outlines a software-heavy paradigm meant to help make efficient progress on key epistemic questions.  Special attention on our estimation programming language Squiggle and estimating large utility functions.
