The topic
Aquaculture is a huge and growing industry. We likely farm over 100 billion individuals every year and little attention is being paid to their welfare.
This month we will be discussing whether better environmental monitoring (especially water quality measurement) could be a promising lever for assessing and improving animal welfare in aquaculture.
