Hi everyone,

Lately, I’ve realized that constantly chasing instant gratification is completely draining my drive for real, meaningful work. My brain feels cluttered, and I want to clear out the noise. So, I’m cutting out the cheap dopamine and taking my focus back.

I recently read Dopamine Nation by Dr. Anna Lembke, and the science completely shifted my perspective. Here is why I am taking action:

The Dopamine Deficit State: Constantly flooding our brains with high-dopamine stimuli actually lowers our baseline dopamine over time. That is why normal, everyday tasks start to feel exhausting or boring.

The 30-Day Reset: Neurologically, it takes about 30 days of abstinence for the brain’s reward pathways to physically reset and for baseline dopamine to return to healthy levels.

That’s why I’m launching a 30-Day Dopamine Fast, and I want to build a crew to do it with. We're going to strip away the cheap distractions, endure the initial boredom, and focus on genuine character growth. It's about bringing back our drive, building real positive energy, and leveling up together.

The Plan:

  • Quit the cheap dopamine sources for 30 straight days.
  • Check in on our daily progress and struggles.
  • Hold each other strictly accountable.

If you are tired of feeling distracted and want to reboot your motivation with me, drop a comment or send a message. I’ll put together a group, and we will start this journey together. Let's get to work!
