This project aims to provide cognitive stimulation and support mental well-being through artistic practices.
We utilize a variety of creative tools to develop fine motor skills and maintain vital social connections for older adults and vulnerable groups:
Plaster casting and modeling with clay (motor skills support);
Drawing, coloring, and puppet theater (creative expression);
Reading and discussing stories (cognitive engagement);
Shared cinema sessions and nature programs (social inclusion);
Social tea gatherings (community building).
Our goal is to create a supportive environment that helps prevent social isolation and promotes healthy, active aging.
