My name is Farah Elnashi and im all about human and non human rights. I live in a mini sanctuary with 3 cows, 2 ducks, 2 cats, 2 dogs, and 1 sheep, and ive worked in the mental health field for the last 15 years. Currently, im trying to figure out how to combine creativity (poetry and music) with effective altruism and doing good for the world. Im also trying to figure out what topic i can focus on for my Phd which includes my experiences, education and skills, and be most impactful for humans and non humans.

Great article, and easy to understand. I believe more emphasis should be placed on not just ending factory farming, but on strengthening non human animal rights. Furthermore, apart from the cruelty involved in animal agriculture, it is a major contributor to climate crisis and future pandemics.
Would be great to include non human persons/people in the "people are equal" point. What species you are shouldnt be a cause for discrimination.
