another incentive system/component I have seen is that forums will allow users not only to upvote but to give other incentives to good answers.
stackoverflow has bounty, and reddit coins
good question, I didn't realized until now that there might not be many measurable interventions that have been carried out for this cause
for now I'd say answer the question as if it meant: charities whose operations and interventions are reviewed and scrutinized by independent entities
I could only find a donation link on The Stimson Center's websitewould it be possible for me to donate to any of the other organizations?
I don't see where I could donate to any of those organizationsdo they have a page where I can use a form to donate money?
where/how can you donate for Quantified Uncertainty Research Institute?
someone I know posted the following names on my facebook post for this ea forum post:
but I am unsure which organization they are reffering to (could not quickly find websites for some of those)and I could not find an obvious donation form for those
my experience from EAGxBoston is that most people don't know about global coordination and only know about improving institutional decision making
also I feel like they are related and I feel like there is not many organizations on both size
do you disagree?
if you agree, would you still split?
this looks really amazing.
I'd love for this to happen!
can I buy an ic for the creation of this system? 😛
looks like to me that https://lesswrong.com/ has the same issue and I see that https://github.com/centre-for-effective-altruism/EAForum is a fork of https://github.com/LessWrong2/Lesswrong2 so I will post the same issue on lesswrong.
