In line with the EA Strategy Fortnight on the EA Forum, we will center this month's discussion around major strategic EA questions such as whether or not EA should be more or less centralized, how it should think about diversity, and whether it should be broader or narrower.

As preparation, please submit any questions you have here prior to the session and vote on questions that you would like to see discussed.

We don't expect to reach final answers but want to provide a platform for a discussion. Discussions like this are important to help the building EA community into one that is welcoming and open to diverse perspectives. More importantly, conducive discussion can help individuals and organizations get more perspectives on critical questions.

We are running this event for attendees from Europe/America time zones. We are hosting a separate discussion for Asia/Oceania at 7 am UTC.
