Welcome to our Effective Animal Advocacy Meetup! Whether you're a newcomer or you've joined us before, let's get to know each other (better) and explore the most thought-provoking questions facing the animal advocacy world today.
This time we're excited to welcome Thom Norman, co-founder of Farmkind, an organisation that enables people to donate to highly effective animal welfare charities. Thom will present their diet offset calculator and explore with us whether using this tool a can motivate more effective giving. We'll discuss key questions around behavioural science, messaging strategies, and the potential impact on donation behaviour, as well as broader implications for effective animal advocacy and personal choices.
