Pledging to Give

Would your life change drastically if you only made 90 % of your current income?

For many people in developed countries, the answer is "no“. Recognizing this, thousands of people have taken a Giving Pledge, and committed themselves to donating at least 10 % of their lifetime income to help improve the lives of others effectively.

In this talk, we will discuss personal reasons for taking the pledge, the ethics of giving, and different ways of effectively allocating donations.
