Dear friends of Effective Altruism,

our Social Meetup is the place to meet and talk. It's a great place to invite a friend! This week we'll meet at StudiTUM (Gabelsbergerstraße 43, Room 3.01) at 7.30 pm to meditate jointly.

We will introduce some basic techniques, so no prior experience of meditation is needed. Foremost we will focus on attention meditation.
