The Internet Archive holds some information. For instance, see

The lists of grants aren't as big as I'd expect, though. These were just the grants listed on the home-page of their "Grants" and "Regrants" pages respectively, and I'd expect there are actually more grants issued.

Or are these pretty much the complete lists of all grants that were ever publicly issued?
