PRISM is looking for a Field Building and Ops Coordinator to help build the field of digital minds. 

This is a broad, high-impact role for someone who wants to help build a nascent but increasingly important field from the ground up. You'll work directly with PRISM's leadership on a mix of field-building, outreach, content, and operations.

The digital minds field is moving fast. This role isn't just about executing a fixed plan — you'll be expected to spot emerging opportunities, propose new field-building initiatives, and adapt as the landscape shifts. You'll also work closely with partner organisations, including Cambridge Digital Minds (CDM), coordinating on joint projects and ensuring our efforts are well-aligned.
