I think it helped me get my EA research internships. I engaged with their research on their posts and used my own posts as writing samples.

Not a single concrete thing but generally, raising my visibility in the community (to the extent where a few people have mentioned that, or even reach out to me because, they see me around the Forum a lot).

Someone reached out to me after commenting on one of my posts and scheduled a 1-on-1 with me, where they provided some writing and career advice. I later asked that person for project advice and they provided some.
