I’m doing some prioritisation and budgeting for my project and would be grateful for any answers people have to the questions below to inform my thinking:

How much internal staff time does your organisation spend on monitoring and evaluating impact?

Based purely on the staff time above, how much does this cost you (roughly) in $/£ per year?

Excluding the above, how much money do you spend on external monitoring and evaluation (either consultants, or software etc.)?

If you don’t have any external support for M&E, why?
