Maybe this has already been done, but it seems like a good idea to incorporate aspects of behavioral psychology into effective altruism such as intention, desire, decision, consequence, and action with each of those five items being moral, immoral, or neutral. Instinctive rights, responsibility, practicality, and length of life might be worth incorporating as well.

For posts that are very short like this, I recommend using the Shortform format.

Also, if you're wondering about how certain ideas have or haven't been incorporated into EA, it's probably better to ask a question (the more specific you are, the easier it will be for people to give helpful answers). You can also look at tags like "EA Psychology".

I'm not sure what you mean by "incorporating" ideas like "length of life", but it's safe to assume that any core issue in a mainstream ethical theory has been discussed in an EA context at some point (the community includes a lot of working philosophers). And of course, practicality is central to EA.

To see some of the core ideas associated with EA, I recommend 80,000 Hours' Key Ideas page.

Sorry. Thanks!
