I hope you're all doing well. Long time I ago, I came across an article about living in Australia that discussed earning to give. 

It compared various countries on different aspects like housing, job benefits, etc. The author of the article chose Australia as the best option. 

Unfortunately, I've been having trouble finding it again through Google searches. I was wondering if anyone here has come across this article or knows where I can find it. But I am not sure whether the author actually talks about earning to give as the main factor, maybe it's just about living standards to work better.

I have only remnants of Visa information link to the Australia Government, which the author links in the article.
