I think Aaron is right that EA/GiveWell can not promote a cryptocurrency like this but they do accept a lot of cryptocurrency coins. Vitalik Buterin donate Eth to GiveWell for instance.
I think there is a very high demand for a coin that somehow makes sure that an x amount is donated to GiveWell automatically. You can make smart contracts to make sure this is done properly. Also you must do something with the supply side.
