Wardian Sails: Eco-Jars for Humanity

The concept is inspired by Wardian boxes. inverse. I tried to address the biggest problems in the near and distant future with this concept.
energy and population homeostasis instead of accumulation.
reducing the civilizational footprint below 1% of the total surface of the planet reducing the individual footprint below 200 square meters
new social thermodynamic contract
seismic inertia and potential change of the civilization vector.
the concept is focused on the protection of indigenous species and biodiversity.
I used the aerodynamics of the object as the primary source of energy. the technology is existing, just scaled to a macro level.

I would like to ask the members of this community for an ethical and logical check of the concept. where are the blind spots and what potential dangers does this concept carry.
