Biographies about people who have had a large, counterfactual impact on the world?

I'm interested in learning about the life stories of people who end up having a large impact on others. Therefore, I've been searching the EA Forum/EA adjacent websites for either:

1. a list of very influential people (think a list of the top 100 most influential people according to EA), or 
2. a list of biographies about impactful people.

Anyone knows of some list like that? If not, I'll try to assemble a list and post it.
