Searching for a meaningful or high-impact role can feel isolating and unstructured. Many of us struggled with inconsistent routines, low momentum, and too much unstructured time when job searching alone.
To make the process more consistent and supportive, a few friends and I created a small accountability co-working group — and we’re now opening a few spots for others who might benefit.
What we do
We keep things simple:
- Short morning check-in to share goals and blockers
- Camera-on co-working on Discord throughout the day
- Small group (max 12 people) so everyone is seen, supported, and accountable
This is especially helpful for people exploring high-impact roles, tech roles or anyone who benefits from structure and a shared routine. Most of us are based in the Bay Area, but we are open to people from everywhere in the world.
Group rules
To keep the group strong and fair:
- Join at least 3 group check-in calls per week (currently, we are doing a meeting every day at 11:00 AM PST. We are also open to meeting at 7:00 AM PST.)
- Do at least 15 hours of co-working per week
- Camera on during co-working
- Be respectful and supportive
Members who stay inactive for 2+ weeks may be removed so the group remains focused and helpful.
