The New Year is a great time to review one’s life, goals, plans, and projects, as well as plan for the upcoming year. For this event, we'll be using a worksheet that helps you reflect on the past year and plan the next one. A set of carefully selected questions and exercises will help you uncover your patterns and design a great year for yourself.

Everyone will be filling out their own worksheets, but we'll take breaks to discuss the exercises and share thoughts and feelings.

We'll be using YearCompass booklet. If you want to fill it out by hand, you can print it in advance. Otherwise, you can fill out the PDF on your computer.

So cool to see this happening ~ I'm a big fan of end of year reflections and actually made a tool based more specifically on EA principles this year. I've used Year Compass in the past and wanted to try designing something more specific.  If anyone decides to use it I'd love to know what you thought!
