LeRA is looking for a Director of Field Research with excellent analytical and communication skills to manage our portfolio of in-country field research studies. This is a unique opportunity to shape high-impact research on lead poisoning, which affects one in three children worldwide and has enormous health, cognitive, and economic impacts.

In this role, you'll:
✅ Design, implement, and evaluate studies to identify sources of lead exposure.
✅ Oversee study execution, collaborate with local partners, and ensure high-quality data collection.
✅ Work with governments, industry, and NGOs to translate research into impact.
You'll be the third full-time staff member of our team, playing a meaningful role in shaping LeRA's future direction. This role requires spending substantial time (up to 6 months annually) in LeRA's countries of operation, which are currently Kenya and Malawi.
