What are our most pressing data-related questions?
Are they limited by lack of data, disparate/siloed data, or lack of other resources (expertise/manpower/capital) directed towards them?

This question doesn't make sense to me because 'data' can mean so many things - my mom's childhood photographs, Donald Trump's tax returns, etc. Having access to any data in the world is essentially omniscience.
