I have focused on sustainability in the food and agriculture sector for the last 8 years. I started with an executive program at Cambridge University. I have been involved with a number of projects utilizing technologies to improve our food system. In particular, I worked at company that was developing an IoT/ blockchain solution for the seafood industry. Currently, I have started a new company called Fractal Foods which will apply Web3 and blockchain technologies to our food systems.

I am launching a new project called Future Foods DAO which will be a community on the blockchain that will look to accelerate R&D and commercialization in the alternative protein sector. I believe this could become a very important resource in the industry and a new strategy for removing animals from our industrial agriculture system.

I have become very knowledgeable about the use of technologies for bringing about change in the climate and food areas.
